The latest Wolverine movie is titled 「ウルヴァリン Samurai 」in Japan.
I just found out that it’s simply titled “The Wolverine” in America.

And, unlike many other Hollywood movies that “take place in Japan”, this one was actually filmed here.
I just watched this movie in the theater with my oldest daughter.
We saw many famous Tokyo landmarks in the film.

Yes, I rather liked it except that they didn’t stay true to the story but none of the other Marvel movies really did either so I wasn’t too shocked. My husband didn’t like that there was very little fighting/action until the very end. He called it kind of a chick flick action movie. haha!

I have never read a Wolverine comic … so I don’t know the “real” story.
I don’t like “chick flicks”… I don’t agree that this movie was like one.
In fact, I thought it was one of the best superhero movies!
