First of all, today is November 3rd…the Japanese holiday 「文化の日」(“Culture Day”).
If you went to the 浅草 (Asakusa) area of Tokyo today, you would have seen the interesting 「東京時代祭り」(“Tokyo-Era Festival”).
I’ve been to that festival a couple of times before. Click here to see the photos and videos I took of it in 2008.
Anyways, I found out yesterday that the godfathers of heavy metal, Black Sabbath will come to Japan in May 2013!
Ozzy Osbourne will bring his metal festival “OzzFest” to Japan for the first time!

On Saturday, May 11th 2013, Slipknot will headline.
On Sunday, May 12th 2013, Black Sabbath will headline.
The venue will be the Makuhari Messe not far from Tokyo.

This announcement is about the removing by YOUTUBE our recent video
“CROWD CONTROL”.
Over one month ago, YouTube has decided to remove our video from the
corresponding channel, without giving any kind of precise explanation,
just by noting that our work did not meet their regulations and
policies. Having been a month, doing an intense paperwork and forms,
together with NADIR MUSIC and AL LENTE COMUNICACION AUDIOVISUAL. The
only response we had was that the music video was removed from the
channel, and that they considerated invalid our replica and appeal.
As ESTAMPIDA, NADIR MUSIC and AL LENTE COMUNICACION AUDIOVISUAL, We
want to make clear that “WE DON’T ADMIT ANY CHARGE” and We invite
anyone who has seen, to tell us if our work had some sort of malicious
scenes or any kind of vocabulary is often aggravating see in the same
YOUTUBE. The work done by the three parties mentioned above, based on
the promotion of the video was hard and intense, costed much
sacrifice, and media, label, fans and bands, exactly know how hard it
is reaching more than 15,000 visits Worldwide. The fact still remains
unchanged: they have taken our video in a unceremoniously dictatorial
and arbitrary way. The decision is taken, and that means to us to
start again, working harder than before, those who know us know our
fighting spirit, the video will be uploaded again, and as often as
NECESSARY. As always, We deeply thank all Medias that will echo this

I can’t believe it took this long ’til they finally brought it to Japan!
And I can’t believe this will be the first time for legendary Black Sabbath to play in Japan (Ozzy has played in Japan a number of times solo (and recorded his “Live at the Budokan” album in Tokyo)…but Sabbath have never been here before!)
