As I mentioned in this earlier post, my oldest daughter went on a field trip to the countryside with her school today.
They went white-water rafting, made うどん (thick Japanese Udon noodles), and had a BBQ lunch.
She had a good time.
Here’s a photo of some of the Udon noodles she made completely by-hand from scratch that she brought home for us to try:
She did a good job. They were delicious!
