I did another interview with Michael Doret on 2009 August 18th.

Please read all of my interviews at this page:

You make it sound so easy! did you just see his work and where or how to contact him and go from there? You are good at giving interviews and it is free advertising for him. would you like to do that for a living?

      >did you just see his work and where or how to contact him and go from there?

In the case of Michael Doret, I knew he painted the cover for KISS‘s “Rock And Roll Over” album cover (pictured above)…so I found his website and emailed him.

For the other interviews I’ve done, I met Bruce Kulick (KISS‘s former guitarist in Tokyo)…as well as Eric Singer, their drummer. I asked him in person if he’d do an interview with me.

The other earlier interviews were people I heard about in the news and emailed them.

      >You are good at giving interviews

      Nothing special…just simple questions.

      >would you like to do that for a living?

There are real journalists who are much better than me!

At one point I had designed one that included ALL the make-up designs. (Eric & Vinnie included.) I was going to have it done on my shoulder.
    I chickened out.
I wish I would’ve kept that drawing…I thought it turned out pretty good.

Actually, I once saw someone who had a Rock And Roll Over tattoo with Vinnie Vincent and Eric Carr’s characters added.

      It was cool!

Wow! Nice interview! I’m embarrassed to say I’ve never clicked over to your other website before, but am so glad I did! I read two interviews today and can’t wait to go back and read the rest! Great job!

Do you have any idea where the memorial in Shizuoka is?

RARO is one of the few things I ever seriously considered getting tattooed.
However, in the end, the decision was always “no”.

      You should get it!
The design lends itself to a tattoo well.
