Please take this survey about how many foreign countries you’ve ever visited…and then, please tell which countries you’ve visited, and which were your favorites (and why) in the comments section.
Well, I picked as my answer “Three” for foreign countries, although I’m not really sure if that’s accurate as I’ve been in 4 countries total, but arguably both Japan and the U.S. is my “home country.” The only other two I’ve been to is China and Mexico (and that one barely counts because it was just a day trip to Tijuana).
So out of those…yes, definitely Go USA. 🙂
I have lived in the Philippines, US, Canada and Japan. I have visited Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Germany, France, Italy, England, Australia, Hong Kong, Korea. We hope to visit a lot more Asian countries in the next 2 years.
My favorite place is Japan!
>> and for heaven’s sake let’s not forget Canada….
Aunt Linda, thanks for not forgetting Canada – it is a close second favorite (unless I can have 2 favorites) and is really a lovely country to live in and also to visit.
Re your survey: I’ve lived in France and Guatemala. I’ve visited Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and England. Also, I’ve visited Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, and for heaven’s sake let’s not forget Canada….. Next on the list are Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. We almost went on that trip this year, but oops the gas prices went delirious. It would be most wonderful if one of these years soon I could visit the U.S. again (Wal-Mart calls, dontcha know, and I owe Julie a bucket of margaritas!) My laughably-named highspeed connection finally allowed me to decipher most of Aiko’s videos. Great photos and videos! Reminds me a little of the Easter processions here in Guatemala. I thought I caught a glimpse of Mr. Tokyo Five himself, could this be? Kisses to all y’all.
I see your point…but I’d choose “three” in that case, too.

Aunt Linda….
You’ve seen alot of the world. Next, you gotta come to Japan though!
I’ve never been to South or Central America, nor Europe.
Besides America and Japan, I’ve visited Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand, Philipines, Bali, Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.
(Japan is my favorite of them, obviously).
